ASHI Leaders: You're invited The ASHI Leadership Reception will be held day, January 11, 2007. It's ASHI's way of saying thank you for all you do. Click here for your invitation. Attention Council Representatives Representing your chapter at the one council meeting of year is an important part of your job description. Those present at the January 7 meeting in Anaheim, Calif. will elect the Council speaker. Review the matrices for the two candidates Scott Warga and Cheryll Brown. If you cannot attend, the chapter can designate an alternate using this form. Attention 2007 ASHI Committee Chairs At their October meeting, the Board put together a list of priorities it would like to see accomplished in the year ahead. This list will be distributed to you shortly. During the January Board meeting, specific action items and tactics to accomplish these priorities will be established and placed into the 2007 Work Plan. We need your participation in the creation of this Work Plan! Please make your travel arrangements to so you can participate in the Board meeting on January 10, 8 am to 5 p.m. Should you have questions or concerns on this request, contact Rob Paterkiewicz at robp@ashi.org. States approve IW courses Remind your chapter members to check the status of state approvals for IW courses by visiting InspectionWorld.org. Attention all InspectPAC supporters Soon formal invitations will be mailed for the second annual ASHI InspectPAC Fundraising Reception to be held in conjunction with InspectionWorld in Anaheim, Calif., January 11, 2007. Only ASHI Membership who have previously authorized ASHI to solicit donations for the PAC will receive the invitation. If you're not sure you've provided us authorization to solicit you for PAC donations, please email Rob Paterkiewicz at robp@ashi.org to confirm and receive an invitation. Alerts and Deadlines December 1, 2006 elections close. Whether voting online or by paper ballot, Member votes for officers, and Council Representative votes for directors must reach ASHI headquarters by end of business day to be included. December 15, 2006 deadline for submitting motions or other material for the January Board Book. December 31, 2006 deadline for ASHI Chapter Enterprise Award. Review the guidelines for the award at your next chapter meeting, and urge everyone to registration for InspectionWorld before the deadline so your chapter can be a winner. required inspections of rental properties and/or inspections of properties
at time of sale? If so, would they be willing to share any information they
have. Do any chapters/members do business with any municipalities as a hired
home inspector to do Point of Sale(POS) and or rental property compliance
